In this project, I investigate the difficulties delivery workers face in China's takeaway industry, particularly issues accessing high-end shopping centers, causing delivery delays and penalties.
I've redesigned the Meituan delivery jacket into a versatile garment adaptable to various situations, aiming to challenge the occupational stigma.
Through stakeholder interviews, empathy maps, and journey mapping, I've highlighted these workers' challenges, using this understanding to drive my user experience design.
